Hi Najla,
It's ingestion of the placenta yes, but it's not like eating it as a meal. The caps are prepared, dried and ground into a fine powder. They are then encapsulated so you can take it in pill form. Lemon, ginger and pepper are added to the steaming process to add to the healing properties of the capsules.
